Bank Sales Manager

To be successful here, one has to play politics just like anywhere else. Some thought that working in a sales environment would be more objective, but definitely not so.

Even a person with poor sales nos and bad attendance and frequently comes in late for work, can survive working in a sales environment so long as the person knows how to play the game with the bosses.

These bosses are also real lousy bosses who do not know how to treasure the real workers.

Bank Job - The Brighter Side

Well, besides all the doom and gloom, there is also a slightly better side. There are perks for high performing individuals but they are in the minority.
Some good and cunning salespeople can make up to $10,000 a month. But they have to play their game very well and know how to 'pretend' alot.
And of course, work real hard too.
